14 books in April!

Happy Reading!
I read 14 books in April, with 4,691 pages, bringing my year’s total to 54 books so far (I also started 3 other books but they’re not done yet).
I read 8 non-fiction books, including 2 books of poetry, 1 audiobook, and 1 daily devotional, and 6 fiction books. I re-read 1 book (Written in My Own Heart’s Blood).

I highly recommend any + all Erik Larson books to anyone even remotely interested in history, and I think What Kind of Woman should be required reading, period. I am deeply grateful for the work of authors like Tish Harrison Warren + Beth Allison Barr ♥️

Heather Hodgson Kuhl is a writer and therapist living with her husband Jon in southwestern Washington, which is to say, not the Portland OR metroplex. she has been scribbling and creating since the age of four. when not working as a full time therapist, Heather can be found eating too many chocolate covered espresso beans, gardening, reading, spending time with her nieces and nephews, or hatching plans to run away to the beach forever and ever, amen.
